Job Context/Purpose
The Marketing Associate will play a critical role in establishing and expanding the company’s presence within the UAV industry. This includes developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that effectively position the company’s innovative hybrid VTOL UAV solutions in the mid-mile logistics sector. The role involves strengthening brand visibility, creating a strong and consistent market identity, and ensuring clear communication of the company’s value proposition to target audiences including government bodies, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
Marketing Associate (UAV Domain)
Position Summary:
As a Marketing Associate in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) domain, your primary responsibilities are as follows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Executing Campaigns: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services.
- Market Research: Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Producing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and maintaining the company's brand image.
- Public Speaking and Advocacy: Represent the company at events, seminars, and webinars; Deliver engaging presentations to communicate project details and company vision; Act as a spokesperson for the brand in public forums.
- Collaboration: Working with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for inquiries and collaborations; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is also preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a must. Experience is sought in public speaking and event coordination.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to create compelling marketing messages with public speaking ability both English and Hindi.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign performance and identify trends.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, and social media management tools and documentation software.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
