Job Context/Purpose
​The purpose of the job is to work across departments with responsibilities related to design: graphic designing (posters, visuals, renders, etc), product ideations and interface design and development.
​Key Responsibilities:

​Define design requirements and visual specifications based on project objectives and brand guidelines.

​Develop and execute graphic design assets including posters, marketing visuals, presentations, and digital content.

​Create high-quality renders and visualizations for products, simulations, and concept demonstrations.

​Contribute to product ideation, translating concepts into tangible design directions, form factors, and user experiences.

​Design and develop user interfaces (UI/UX) for simulation systems, control stations, and internal tools.

​Perform iterative design testing, refinement, and validation based on user feedback and system requirements.

​Maintain consistency with brand identity, design standards, and usability principles across all deliverables.

​Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, flight, product, and marketing) to align design outputs with overall project goals.

​Support the flight and simulation teams with visual assets and interface improvements for better usability and clarity (logos, visual assets, etc.)

​Provide creative direction and technical guidance to ensure high-quality design output across projects.
​Qualifications and Skills:
​Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

​Strong understanding of design principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout, and user-centered design.

​Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, and SolidWorks.

​Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and interface development for digital products or simulation systems.

​Ability to create high-quality renders and visualizations for products, concepts, and presentations.

​Familiarity with product design and development workflows, including concept ideation, iteration, and design validation.

​Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively and translate complex ideas into clear visual solutions.

​High attention to detail and consistency across design outputs and documentation.

​Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, flight, and marketing).

​Ability to manage multiple design tasks, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

​Familiarity with branding and visual identity systems to maintain consistency across all assets.

​Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and workflows as required.

​Experience or interest in aerospace, UAV systems, or simulation environments is a plus.
